1. Introduction
MovieTadka (operated by BISPL India) provides online movie ticket booking services for top cinemas across Rajasthan. This platform operates from A-31, Engineers Colony, BSL City Office Road, Ram Nagar Bhilwara (Rajasthan) 311001, India.
By using this website and mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Booking Rules
- Ticket booking must be made at least 5 hours before show time.
- After submitting your booking, our representative will call you for verification — please attend the call.
- Seat allocation is at the discretion of our team.
- A maximum of 10 seats per show can be booked by a single user.
- Providing incorrect information may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.
- Booking in the name of a minor (under 18) is not permitted without parental consent.
ℹ️ Tip: Visit the theatre only after receiving booking confirmation. Seats are not confirmed while status is Pending.
3. Payment Terms
The following payment methods are accepted on MovieTadka:
- Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay)
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM)
- Net Banking
- Mobile Wallets
All transactions are SSL encrypted. MovieTadka will never ask you for OTP or card details over the phone.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 24+ hours before show time are eligible for a full refund (minus convenience fee).
- Cancellations made 12–24 hours before show time are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 12 hours before show time are not eligible for a refund.
- Refunds will be credited within 5–7 business days.
⚠️ Tickets cannot be cancelled after show time and no refund will be issued.
5. User Conduct
By using this platform, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and genuine information.
- Not use the platform for any illegal purposes.
- Not attempt to access other users' accounts.
- Ticket reselling and black marketing are strictly prohibited.
6. Coupon & Discount Terms
- Coupons are valid only for designated movies, theatres, or time periods.
- A maximum of 2 coupons can be used per booking.
- Coupons are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Using fraudulent coupons may result in account suspension.
7. Limitation of Liability
MovieTadka (BISPL India) shall not be held responsible for:
- Theatre closures or show cancellations.
- Losses arising from technical failures or server downtime.
- Booking errors caused by the user.
8. Policy Changes
MovieTadka reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions without prior notice. Updated terms become effective upon being published on the website.
